Nick has nearly 20 years of accounting, tax and management advisory experience, at both international and regional accounting firms as well as publicly- and privately-held companies.

He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University. Nick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and past treasurer for the Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, making homemade wine and watching and playing football, amateur wrestling and rugby.
